摘要
基于GB/T 22374—2008《地坪涂装材料》,探讨了底涂、混凝土基材类型、颜料体积浓度(PVC)以及涂膜湿膜厚度对水性NEH涂料粘结性能的影响。结果表明,在标准混凝土基层上,水性NEH底涂能够提高水性NEH涂料的粘结强度,水性NEH涂料对标准混凝土基层以及丙烯酸聚合物改性水泥基自流平基层均有很好的粘结强度,水性NEH涂料在PVC为40%、湿膜厚度为0.50mm时,粘结性能达到最优,为3.87 MPa。
Based on code GB/T 22374-2008"Floor coatings", the influencing factors such as primer, type of concrete substrate, pigment volume concentration (PVC) and thickness of wet film to the bonding strength of coating with waterborne NEH resin have been discussed. The testing results show that primer with waterborne NEH technology could improve the bonding strength of coat- ing on standard concrete substrate,and waterborne NEH coating a/so has good bonding strength to acrylic polymer modified ce- ment-based self-leveling substrate. When the PVC is 40% and the thickness of wet film is controlled at 0.50 mm, the bonding strength of waterborne NEH coating reaches to the optimized 3.87 MPa on standard concrete substrate.
