摘要
运用微分脉冲伏安法对孔雀石绿(MG)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用进行了研究,考察了两者在不同温度、酸度下的结合常数Ka和结合位点,并实现了其热力学常数的测试.结果表明,MG与BSA之间形成近似1∶1的复合物,从而造成MG峰电流的降低,两者之间的结合主要依靠疏水作用力和静电作用力.该研究有利于从分子水平上了解有MG和BSA之间的结合作用,为更进一步了解孔雀石绿的生物代谢机理提供一定的理论参考.
The interaction between malachite green (MG) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry. The binding constants, binding sites and thermodynamic parameters in different temperature and acidity were studied. The results showed that the peak current decreased by the composite formed by MG and BSA ( approximately, 1 : 1 ). The hydrophobic forces and electrostatic force played the main role in their combination. The research results are helpful to understanding the metabolism mechanism of MG and BSA at the molecular level, and provides some theoretical references to study the biological metabolism mechanism of MG.
