摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助软件,应用数据挖掘技术对"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗前列腺癌的临床用药特点进行探讨。方法将2014年1月-2015年7月期间就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊的71例前列腺癌患者的信息输入系统中,对患者的用药频次进行描述统计,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗前列腺癌的临床用药规律。结果共涉及药物87味,使用频次在10次以上的药物有14味,其中前3位分别是鳖甲(69)、莪术(69)、冬凌草(54)。频次10次以上的药物中,通过降序排列,药性前3位分别为温、微寒、微温;药味前3位分别为甘、辛、苦;归经前3位分别为肝、肾、肺。药物组合频次出现41次以上的有21个组合,排在前4位的分别是"莪术、鳖甲"(69),"莪术、冬凌草"(54),"鳖甲、冬凌草"(54),"莪术、鳖甲、冬凌草"(54)。经聚类分析,得到5个核心药物组合和3个新方。结论挖掘出刘尚义教授治疗前列腺癌的常用药物、药物组合,并从中反映了刘尚义教授治疗前列腺癌疗法,为总结名老中医经验开辟新的方法。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical medicine of medical masters professor LILT Shangyi for prostate cancer by using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance supporting system. Methods Collecting the prescriptions for patients with prostate cancer form January 2014 to July 2015, a total of 71 cases, then the data were entered into TCM inheritance supporting system and composing principles were analyzed by data mining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results Based on the analysis of 71 prescriptions, drugs involved 87 kinds, the frequency of use above 10 have 14 kinds of drugs, respectively, the top three is the Turtle Shell （69）, Curcuma Zedoary （69）, Rubescens （54）. Frequency of 10 or more drugs in descending order, medicinal before three warm and small cold, lukewarm respectively; Ingredients before three respectively, sweet, laborious, bitter; Belong to the former three liver, kidney, lung, respectively. Drug combination frequency appears more than 41 times 21 combination, the top four are respectively＂Curcuma Zedoary, Turtle Shell＂ （69） ＂Curcuma Zedoary, Rubescens＂ （54）, ＂Turtle Shell, Rubescens＂ （54）, ＂Curcuma Zedoary, Turtle Shell, Rubescens＂ （54）, by cluster analysis, we get 5 core drug combinations and 3 new prescriptions. Conclusion Data mining out professor LIU Shangyi in the treatment of prostate cancer commonly used drugs, drug combination. It is good to explore the characteristics of clinical medicine of professor LIU for prostate cancer by using TCM inheritance supporting system, which opens a new way to sum up the experience of the famous old Chinese medicine doctor.
