摘要
目的通过对2010—2014年连续5 a北京地区医用常规X射线机性能检测结果的统计与分析,了解该地区医用常规X射线机质量控制现状,以提高质量保证水平,更好地促进和指导放射诊断与防护工作的开展。方法收集北京市各级医疗机构2010—2014年727台摄影机和274台透视机的性能检测报告,进行综合及各项性能指标分析。结果 2010年不同类别摄影设备的检测项目合格率明显低于其他年度,屏片摄影机检测项目合格率最低,仅为66%;2012年各类摄影机、透视机检测项目合格率均达到95%以上。结论所检测的放射诊断设备分布于各级医疗机构,涉及该市各个区县,客观真实地反映了该市摄影机及透视机的质量控制状况。北京地区医用常规X射线机初检时性能状态不容乐观,每年进行调试后合格率明显提高,说明对放射诊断设备加强维护保养、定期开展状态检测和稳定性检测是非常必要的。
[Objective] By analyzing the testing results on the quality of medical diagnostic X-ray equipments in Beijing from2010-2014,to understand the quality control status of the medical diagnostic X-ray equipment in this region,improve the level of quality assurance,and promote and guide the development of radiation diagnosis and prevention work.[Methods]The performance test reports of 727 X-ray cameras and 274 X-ray perspective apparatus in medical institutions at all levels in Beijing were collected from 2010-2014,to synthesize and analyze the performance indexes.[Results]The qualified rate of X-ray cameras in 2010 was significantly lower than that in other years,and the qualified rate of screen cameras was the lowest,which was only 66%. In the year of 2012,the qualified rates of cameras and X-ray perspective apparatus reached 95%.[Conclusion]The radiological diagnostic equipments which are investigated distribute in medical institutions at all levels,involving various districts and counties of this municipality. The results can reflect the quality control of the X-ray cameras and the X-ray perspective apparatus of the city truly and objectively. The performance of medical X-ray equipments in Beijing is not optimistic at the early detection. The qualified rate is significantly improved after debugging the equipment every year. The results prove that it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the radiological diagnostic equipment,and to carry out the state examination and stability testing.
