摘要
目的分析比较3种阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)致病菌种鉴定方法的优劣.方法以科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基、安图显色培养基和VITEK 2系统分别进行致病假丝酵母菌菌种鉴定,最终鉴定结果以VITEK 2系统为准.结果共获得RVVC、VVC患者致病菌株243株,经VITEK2系统鉴定为白假丝酵母菌217株,非白假丝酵母菌26株.安图显色培养基鉴定白假丝酵母菌216株,非白假丝酵母菌13株.科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基鉴定白假丝酵母菌214株,非白假丝酵母菌16株.与VITEK2系统的鉴定符合率分别为94.7%和98.62%,2种显色培养基对白假丝酵母菌和非白假丝酵母菌的鉴定结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论相对于科玛嘉假丝酵母菌显色培养基,安图显色培养基价格低,颜色辨别度高,操作更简单,更值得在临床假丝酵母菌鉴定中推广应用.
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of three methods of yeast-like fungi identification of vulvov result of VITEK 2 system was the gold standard. Results All candida strains were appraised. By VITEK2 system, 217 candida isolates were identified as candida albicans, and 26 were detected as non-candida albicans. 214 isolates were identified as candida albicans and 13 isolates were identified as non-candida albicans by Autobio. 214 isolates were appraised as identification of C VITEK 2 system, candida albicans candida albicans, 16 isolates were identified as non-candida albicans. The coincidence rate of HROMagar and the chromogenic medium of Autobio were 94.7% and 95.06%. Compared with there was no significant difference between these two chromogeinc culture medium identifying and non-candida albicans. Conclusion The chromogenic medium of Autobio has higher cost-effectiveness, higher color discrimination and simpler technical operation, and is worthy of promotion in identifying candida species in clinic.
