摘要 针对凸轮轮廓面的加工问题,提出了振荡式数控车削解决方案。以Edgecam软件为平台,研究数控程序的编制方法,首先,论述了数控编程的工艺规划,而后,研究利用VB.NET结合PCI、PDI等二次开发工具构建编程操作和后置处理等关键技术,最后通过实例加工证明了方法的有效性,为其它机床的智能编程提供了借鉴作用。 In order to solve the problem of contour machining in Cam,the method of automatically programming for vibratory turning was introduced. The method of CNC programming is proposed in Edgecam,firstly,the method of processes planning was discussed,then,the key technology of CAMoperation construction and post-processing based on such re-development tools as VB. NET,PCI and PDI were studied,finally,the Case study validates the proposed method,which provides reference for post processing in other machine tool.
