摘要
针对螺旋锥齿轮网络化闭环制造中信息集成统一管理的需求,构建了螺旋锥齿轮网络化闭环制造集成系统架构,建立了螺旋锥齿轮网络化闭环制造集成系统的运行模式,基于分层设计思想开发了螺旋锥齿轮网络化闭环制造集成系统,并通过螺旋锥齿轮的网络化闭环制造应用试验,验证了该集成系统框架的可行性和实用性。该集成系统框架为螺旋锥齿轮的网络化闭环制造奠定了信息管理基础。
In order to solve the integrated unified management in the networked closed-loop manufacturing process of spiral bevel gears,an integration system framework for the networked closed-loop manufacturing of spiral bevel gears is proposed,the operation mode of the integration system is set up,and the networked closed-loop manufacturing integration system for spiral bevel gears is developed with the hierarchical design thought. Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the proposed integration system framework are proved by the networked closed-loop application test of a pinion,which lays an information management foundation for the networked closed-loop manufacturing of spiral bevel gears.
