摘要
针对激光切割机切割头支架加工精度不稳定问题,分析得出当前设备和夹具是产生加工误差的主要原因;通过更换加工设备和专用夹具,使得产品合格率提高到97%,加工成本降到原来的61%,减少了对高性能机床的依赖,极大提高了经济效益,且在同类零件加工中具有一定的推广价值。
Aiming at the problem of unstable machining accuracy of the cutting head bracket of laser cutting machine,Analysis shows that the current equipment and fixtures are the main reasons for the machining errors. By changing the processing equipment and special fixture,making the product pass rate increased to97%,processing cost down to 61% of the original,reduces the dependence on high performance machine,greatly improve the economic benefit and has a certain popularization value in the similar parts.
