摘要
目的探讨山茶籽油对不同雌激素的受体-α基因型壮族绝经后妇女骨质疏松(PMOP)的影响。方法选择609例壮族长期食用山茶籽油的妇女(EOC组)和607例壮族长期非食用山茶籽油的妇女(NEOC组)为研究对象,超声定量骨密度仪检测两组妇女右侧的跟骨宽带超声衰减值(BUA),并通过PCR-RFLP测定两组雌激素受体-α基因的多态性。结果 ECO组不同年龄PMOP患病率低于NECO组(P<0.05)。雌激素的受体-α基因PvuⅡ的基因型的频率在两组中存在显著差异,PMOP组中Pp基因型明显增多(P<0.05)。ECO组PMOP携带XbaⅠ酶切位点的Xx基因型分布的频率明显少于NECO组(P<0.05)。结论 Pp基因型可能是绝经后PMOP的易感基因;长期食用山茶籽油对绝经后的PMOP有明显防治作用,Xx基因型是与山茶籽油交互作用防治PMOP的敏感基因。
Objective To explore the effect of camellia oil on osteoporosis in Zhuang postmenopausal women with different estrogen receptor-α genotypes. Methods A total of 609 Zhuang postmenopausal women with long-term intake history of camellia oil( study group)and 607 Zhuang postmenopausal women without long-term intake history of camellia oil( control group) were selected as research object.Quantitative ultrasound bone densitometer was used to detect the right calcaneal broadband ultrasound attenuation( BUA) values in the two groups. PCR-RFLP was used to detect gene polymorphisms of estrogen receptor-α in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of postmenopausal osteoporosis in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05). There was statistically significant difference in the frequency of estrogen receptor-α PvuⅡ genotype between the two groups,the frequency of estrogen receptor-α Pp genotype in study group increased significantly( P〈0. 05). The frequency of XbaⅠ restriction enzyme cutting site Xx genotype in study group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Pp genotype may be the susceptibility genotype of postmenopausal osteoporosis; long-term intake of camellia seed oil can prevent and cure postmenopausal osteoporosis significantly,Xx genotype is the sensitive genotype of prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis combining with camellia seed oil.
