摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在宫颈癌组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和正常宫颈组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例宫颈癌组织,50例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及50例正常宫颈组织中COX-2和VEGF-C的表达,从而研究两者在宫颈病变组织中的表达情况及相关性。结果 COX-2在宫颈癌组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和正常宫颈组织中的阳性率分别为90.00%,54.00%和16.00%,且在宫颈癌组织中的表达与其他两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=27.682,P<0.05),在不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中表达差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=18.313,P<0.05);VEGF-C在宫颈癌组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织和正常宫颈组织中的阳性率分别为24.00%,52.00%和92.00%,且在宫颈癌组织中的表达与其他两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=25.585,P<0.05),在不同级别宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中表达差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=17.133,P<0.05);经Spearson相关性分析,两者在宫颈癌组织中的发生、发展过程中存在负相关(r=-0.425,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2和VEGF-C在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起了一定的作用,且两者共同参与了宫颈癌的发生和发展。
Objective To explore the expressions and significance of cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor-C( VEGF-C) in cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN),and normal cervical tissue. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C in cervical cancer( 50 cases),CIN( 50 cases),and normal cervical tissue( 50 cases) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C in cervical lesions and the correlation were researched. Results The positive rates of COX-2 in cervical cancer,CIN,and normal cervical tissue were 90. 00%,54. 00%,and 16. 00%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of COX-2 between cervical cancer and the other two kinds of cervical lesions( χ~2= 27. 682,P〈0. 05),there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of COX-2 among the cases with different degrees of CIN( χ~2=18. 313,P〈0. 05). The positive rates of VEGF-C in cervical cancer,CIN,and normal cervical tissue were 24. 00%,52. 00%,and 92. 00%,respectively,there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of VEGF-C between cervical cancer and the other two kinds of cervical lesions( χ~2= 25. 585,P〈0. 05),there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of VEGF-C among the cases with different degrees of CIN( χ~2= 17. 133,P〈0. 05). Spearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between COX-2 and VEGF-C in the oncogenesis and aggravation of cervical cancer( r =-0. 425,P〈0. 05). Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF-C play certain roles in oncogenesis and aggravation of cervical cancer,and both of them are involved in oncogenesis and aggravation of cervical cancer.
