摘要
随着经济的发展,食品安全问题日趋成为全社会关注的焦点。通过分析研究国内外食品添加剂标准体系的现状和存在问题,结合我国食品安全监管工作的实际需要,借鉴国际组织和发达国家食品安全技术法规标准体系的优点,提出我国食品标准体系的不足和建议。为政府主管部门开展食品标准制修订工作,健全完善我国食品标准体系提供理论依据和参考。
Food safety is becoming the concern of the whole society with the economic development.Based on the practical needs of food safety supervision in China,the paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in Chinese and overseas standards system of food additive,points out the shortcoming of Chinese food standards system and gives suggestions by referring to the advantages of food safety technical regulation and standards system of international organizations and developed countries,providing theoretical reference for government apartments to clean up food standards and improve Chinese food standards system.
