摘要
通过对宁波市典型区域高层建筑桩基的沉降观测,分析了桩基沉降量、沉降差和荷载、时间的关系。利用Gompertz曲线对桩基长期沉降进行了预测,用有限元法对桩基沉降进行了计算,并将预测、计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。研究结果表明:Compertz预测模型较符合线性加载或近似线性加载条件下的桩基沉降特征,预测值与实测值比较吻合;有限元单桩沉降计算结果较实测值小。同一场地桩基的沉降量随着桩长、桩径的增加而减小。
Based on the monitoring of settlement for typical high-rise building pile foundation in Ningbo City,the relationships between the pile settlement,differential settlement and the load,time are analyzed.The Gompertz curves are used to predict the long-term settlement of the piles,and the finite element method is used to calculate the settlement of the piles.The prediction and calculation results are compared with the monitoring results.It is shown that Compertz linear prediction model conforms to the pile settlement characteristics of the linear loading or the approximation linear loading conditions and the predicted and measured values agree well; the calculation settlement for the piles by finite element method is smaller than that from monitoring values.The settlements of the piles at the same site will decrease with the increase of the pile length and pile diameter.
