全孔壁成像系统在地下水源热泵井管故障检测中的应用

摘要 井管故障的检测方法很多。本文通过工程实例,介绍了一种检测井管故障的方法——钻孔全孔壁成像技术,并结合地层岩性、水文地质条件、成井工艺、取水回灌工艺、热泵运行情况等,分析了地下水源热泵井管破裂、淤砂、堵塞和腐蚀等情况产生的原因。该技术可形成连续的全孔壁展开图像,使整个钻孔孔壁一目了然,可直观、精确地检测井管故障位置,可以对类似井管故障检测进行推广应用。 There are many methods to inspect well pipe defects. A practical application of the testing method, horehole wall imaging system is introduced taking a project as example in this paper. The causes of rupture, silt, blockage, corrosion of heat groundwater pump well pipes are analyzed from the aspects of formation lithology, hydro-geological conditions, well completion technology, water injection process, heat pump operation etc. The techniques could provide continuous image of borehole wall and locate the defects directly and accurately. It could be used in the similar well pipes inspection projects.
