摘要
目的探讨冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合中药汤剂对支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效及免疫功能影响。方法将2012年5月—2015年3月呼吸科确诊为支气管哮喘的76例患者纳入研究并随机分组,对照组37例依据指南采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,观察组39例则联合冬病夏治穴位敷贴及中药汤剂,比较2组临床疗效差异。结果治疗3个月后,患者症状积分降低,但观察组改善更显著,P<0.05;对照组CD_4^+T、CD_3^+T、CD_4^+/CD_8^+T水平未明显改变,观察组提高,组间比较差异显著,P<0.05。结论冬病夏治穴位敷贴联合中药汤剂对支气管哮喘效果显著,可更好地改善症状,提高免疫功能,优于单用西药治疗,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of treating winter diseases in summer combined with Chinese herbs decoction in treating bronchial asthma and its influence on immune function index. Methods Seventy-six patients with bronchial asthma diagnosed in our hospital from May 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into t control group of 37 cases ap- plied budesonide formoterol inhaler and observation group of 39 cases was also given acupoint application of treating winter diseases in summer combined with Chinese herbs decoction. The difference on the clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Re- suits After 3 months of treatment, the symptom score decreased, but the observation group improved more significantly （P 〈0.05） . The CD4＋T, CD3＋T and CD4＋/CD8＋T levels in the control group were not significantly changed, the CD4＋T, CD3＋T and CD4＋/CD8＋T levels in the observation group increased, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion The acupoint application of treating winter diseases in summer combined with Chinese herbs decoction in treating bronchial asthma has significant effect, can better improve symptoms and improve immune function, is better than single Western medicine treatment, and it is worth promoting.
