摘要
目的探讨穴位敷帖治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法对在2013年5月—2016年5月收治的64例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成2组:观察组用西药抗生素头孢克肟分散片口服+穴位敷帖治疗;对照组用西药抗生素头孢克肟分散片口服治疗。结果2组总有效率分别为90.63%、75.00%,P<0.05,观察组总体疗效优于对照组;在改善下腹疼痛方面,观察组有效率90.62%,对照组有效率71.87%,P<0.05,观察组疗效优于对照组;在改善腰骶疼痛方面,观察组有效率87.50%,对照组有效率68.75%,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组;在改善妇科检查方面,观察组有效率84.37%,对照组有效率68.75%,P<0.05,观察组优于对照组。观察组在总体疗效及改善患者的主要临床症状及体征方面明显优于对照组。结论穴位敷帖治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确凿,在改善患者临床症状、局部体征等方面有明显效果。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupoint application therapy in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 64 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were random-ly divided into observation group was treated with Western medicine antibiotics oral cefixime dispersible tablet combined with acu-point application therapy and control group was treated with Western medicine antibiotics oral cefixime dispersible tablet.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was 90.63% and 75.00%,respectively P0.05,and the overall curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In terms of improved lower quadrant abdominal pain,the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 90.62% and 71.87%,respectively（P0.05）.The curative effect of the observation group was superior to the control group.In terms of improvement of lumbosacral pain,the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 87.50% and 68.75%,respectively（P0.05）,and the observation group was better than the control group.In terms of improvement of department of gynaecology,the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 84.37% and68.75%,respectively（P0.05）,and the observation group was better than the control group.The overall curative effect and im-provement on the main clinical symptoms and signs of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion Acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has curative effect,and has obvious effect in improving the clinical symptoms and local signs.
