摘要
黄连温胆汤出自清·陆延珍《六因条辨》,由《三因极一病证方论》之温胆汤加黄连演变而来。黄连温胆汤为和解之剂,功于清热祛湿、化痰和胃、解郁除烦,主治低热、痞满纳呆、恶心呕吐、口苦泛恶、胸脘烦闷、苔黄腻等中焦湿热病症。此方现成为治疗痰热壅盛证2型糖尿病常用方剂。本文通过检索近年来的相关文献,综述了关于黄连温胆汤治疗糖尿病、糖尿病并发症以及其相关药理研究近况等,为进一步深入研究和合理用药提供依据。
Huanglian Wendan decoction is from Liuyin Tiaobian of Lu Yanzhen in Qing Dynasty,and is developed by Wendan de-coction and golden thread in Three Factors of the Syndrome of the Disease.Huanglian Wendan decoction is reconciliation agent,and has effect on clearing heat and eliminating dampness,resolving phlegm for regulating stomach and relieving qi stagnation.It mainly deals with mild fever,anorexia,attending fullness,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain nausea chest depressed,yellow greasy middle Jiao damp heat disease etc.It is the common prescription in the treatment of accumulation of phlegm and heat syndrome of type 2diabetes mellitus.This paper searched the related literatures in recent years,and reviewed Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating diabetes and its complications and related pharmacological research,and provided a basis for further study and rational use of drugs.
