摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础教学模式在中医护理实验教学中的应用效果,为进一步推广以问题为基础的实验教学模式在护理专业实验教学中的应用提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取2014级护理专科2个班的学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=87)和对照组(n=88)。试验组采用以问题为基础的实验教学模式,对照组采用传统的中医护理实验教学法即三步教学法进行教学,并采用自制教学效果调查问卷和学习积极主动性量表(ALS)进行效果评价。结果试验组总体教学满意度和ALS量表评分除学习目标和扎实学习2个维度外,其余各维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用以问题为基础的教学模式有利于提高中医护理实验教学满意度,激发护生学习积极主动性,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning model in experimental teaching of traditional Chi- nese medicine nursing, in order to provide a basis for further promoting the application of problem-based learning model in the exper- imental teaching of nursing specialty. Methods Using the cluster sampling method to extract two class of grade 2014 nursing college students as the research object, they were randomly divided into experimental group (u=87) and control group (n=88) . The exper- imental group used problem-based learning model, and the control group used traditional teaching method in experimental teaching. The self-made teaching effect questionnaire and active learning state (ALS) were used to evaluate the effect. Results The satisfac- tion and ALS scale score in addition to learning goal and solid learning two dimensions, the rest of the dimension scores and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Using problem-based learning model to improve teaching satisfaction of experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can stimulate nursing students learning initiative, and is worthy of further popularization and application.
