摘要
自我国大学社会服务职能产生以来,大学服务社会的内容不断拓展,但在资源共享方面存在着责任意识弱化的倾向。在众多发达国家中,美国的社会服务历史最为悠久,其社会服务实践活动成为各国大学纷纷效仿的典范,这对于促进我国大学资源与社会共享具有重要的借鉴意义。为强化我国大学社会服务责任的担当,政府应起激励作用,大学应当树立主动服务社会的理念,明确阐述资源共享的目标,充分调动师生参与社区服务的积极性,强化校长社会服务的领导角色。
With the emergence of social service function of Chinese colleges, the content of college social service is expanding constantly. However, there is a tendency in which consciousness of responsibility becomes weaker in the aspect of resource sharing. In lots of developed countries, American colleges＇ social service has the longest history. Their social service practice has become a model for colleges and universities all over the world to imitate, and it is of great significance for Chinese colleges＇ resource sharing with society. To aim at intensifying Chinese colleges＇ social service responsibility, the government should give full play to stimulating college social service responsibility. Additionally, colleges should initiatively build up the idea of social service, clearly expound the goal of resource sharing, fully stimulate teachers and students＇ interests in community service, and strengthen the leading role of college and university presidents in social service.
