摘要
超宽带射频技术在通信、雷达、电子干扰与对抗等领域有着广泛的应用。未来要求超宽带微波信号系统判断快速、识别方便准确等,为此,本文设计了一种适用于自DC到40 GHz微波信号的自适应选频切换网络。方案采用3段处理的方式,分别调节各段信号幅度后,再经滤波、检波、比较和数模转换、逻辑判断、控制和驱动等处理,可准确识别、判断和切换不同频段,实现了全频段内小信号微秒级(μs)、大信号毫秒级(ms)切换的能力,验证了设计的正确性。
The ultra-wide band radio frequency technology has been widely used in communication, radar, ECCM and other fields. Rapid judgment and convenient and accurate recognition are required by ultra-wide-band microwave signal sys- tem in the future, so, this paper designs a kind of adaptive frequency selective switchover network applicable for the signals from DC to 40 GHz microwave signal. The design adopts 3-section processing, respectively adjusting the signal amplitude of each section, then perform filtering, detection, comparing, D/A conversion, logic judgment, control and drive, to realize accurate recognition, judgment and switchover of different frequency bands, in this way, it implements switchover ability of small signal in microsecond (μS) , large signal in millisecond (ms) within full frequency band, and verifies the validity of this design.
