采用预制RC墙片双面加固的砌体墙片试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 以校舍建筑及多层办公建筑等采用大开间带洞口的砌体结构为研究对象,研究了基于装配式技术的砌体结构加固方法。为了降低现场的施工量,加快加固工程进度,采用预制钢筋混凝土墙片对原有砌体墙片进行双面外贴加固,并用销键、灌浆、后浇带等连接方式保证砌体墙片与预制钢筋混凝土墙板的协同工作。为了研究加固后砌体结构的抗震性能,进行了纵墙、加固纵墙、带构造柱纵墙和加固带构造柱纵墙模型的对比试验,分析了各试件的破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化和耗能能力等抗震性能指标。结果表明:3种连接方式可有效保证预制钢筋混凝土墙板与砖墙的连接,使其具有良好的共同工作性能,采用预制钢筋混凝土贴墙墙板的加固方案可以显著提高砌体结构的抗震性能,强度提高3~5倍,刚度提高4~5倍。 Taking masonry structure of school and other multistorey official buildings with large space and openings as object, this paper researches method for strengthening masonry structures based on fabricated technique. In or- der to decrease construction amount, quicken engineering progress, a retrofitting technology using prefabricated re- inforced concrete (RC) panels bonded on both surfaces of the masonry wall was adoped. To coordinate RC panels with the masonry wall, three techniques were employed, i.e. RC dowelling keys, grouting agent, and post-cast concrete bands. Four pieces of specimens were designed and constructed to physically examine the effectiveness of the proposed technology. Among the four specimens, two represents existing un-enhanced longitudinal walls, in which one without the constructional column, while the other with a constructional column at the mid-span of the wall. The rest two had similar configuration but retrofitted using the proposed technology. The four specimens were loaded quasi-statically. The damage characteristics, hysteretic curves, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation were compared. The experimental results show that the three techniques ensure the co-action between the masonry wall and prefabricated RC panels. The strength of existing walls increases 3 -4 times, while the stiffness 4 -5times, thus it is demonstrated that the proposed retrofitting technology may effectively improve the seismic perform- ance of existing masonry walls.
