摘要
以6个宽叶雀稗材料为研究对象,配置6个浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟不同的干旱胁迫强度,研究供试材料的种子相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数随干旱胁迫强度增加的变化情况,并采用隶属函数法综合评价供试材料种子萌发期的抗旱性。结果表明:1)随PEG胁迫强度增加,宽叶雀稗种子的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数总体呈下降趋势。2)通过线性回归方程确定宽叶雀稗材料PW 01、PW 06、PW 08、PW15、PW 17和PW 22的半致死PEG胁迫强度分别为:-1.31,-1.48,-1.18,-1.09,-0.81MPa和-0.86MPa。3)6个宽叶雀稗材料种子萌发期的抗旱性强弱顺序为:PW 06>PW 01>PW 08>PW 15>PW 17>PW 22。
Seeds of six Paspalum wettsteinii were taken as the materials. The germination test was determined with different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) to simulate drought stress. The relative germination potential, relative germination rate, relative germination index and relative vigor index were studied. The results showed that. 1) With the increasing concentration of PEG-6000,the relative germination potential, relative germination rate,relative germination index and relative vigor index tended to decline. 2) The half--lethal osmotic potential of the six P.wettsteinii materials PW 01,PW 06,PW 08,PW 15,PW 17 and PW 22 were -1.31, -1.48, -1.18, -1.09, -0.81 MPa and -0.86 MPa,respectively. 3) For drought resistance of six P.wettsteinii materials,the order was PW 06〉PW 01〉PW 08〉PW 15〉PW 17〉PW 22.
