遮荫对板蓝根生长、光合及保护酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在林下对板蓝根进行不同程度遮荫处理,研究其不同生育期的生长特性、叶片光合速率、保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性变化等生理特性。综合分析认为,在前期生长过程中,板蓝根适合全光照;生长中期,适度遮荫可以提高板蓝根的生长速度,降低膜系统受到的伤害;株行距为1.0 m×1.5 m遮荫处理(郁闭度为57.4%)可为林下板蓝根生长发育提供较适宜的环境条件。 Different shading treatments were designed to study the growth characteristics,photosynthetic rate,activities of SOD,POD and CAT in Isatis indigotica leaves in the forestunder conditions.The comprehensive analyses indicated that Isatis indigotica was suitable for full illumination during the early growth period.Moderate shading could increase the growth rate and reduce the damage to membrane system during the mid-growth period of Isatis indigotica.Under the shading treatment with the row spacing as 1.0 m×1.5 m,whose canopy closure rate was 57.4%,the more suitable environmental conditions could be provided for the growth and development of Isatis indigotica.
