摘要
研究了自制代用碱DX在B型活性染料浸染工艺中的应用,探讨代用碱DX的用量、染色温度、NaCl用量、固色时间等因素对染色织物K/S值的影响。采用正交试验对染色工艺进行了优化,结果表明,代用碱的最佳应用工艺:代用碱3.5 g/L,NaCl 35 g/L,固色时间40 min,固色温度60℃。代用碱DX用量是传统碱剂碳酸钠的1/7左右,但固色效果与其基本相当。
The application of homemade substitution alkali DX in the impregnation process of B type reactive dyes was studied. The influences of dosage of substitution alkali DX, dyeing temperature, dosage of salt, fixation time and so forth on K/S value were discussed. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the dyeing process, the results showed that the optimal application conditions of substitution alkali were as follows: substitution alkali 3.5 g/L, salt 35 g/L, fixation time 40 min, fixation temperature 60 ℃. The dosage of substitution alkali DX was about 1/7 of that of traditional alkali sodium carbonate, but the fixing effect was quite fairly.
