输送机张紧装置大液容系统压力控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 分析带式输送机的工况,给出液压张紧装置的工作原理,搭建液压张紧装置的AMESim仿真模型。通过仿真表明采用单一的PI控制器很容易产生压力超调,主要原因是系统大容量蓄能器的液容较大,在压力上升时,PI调节器容易出现饱和从而导致压力超调,而在压力下降和尾车上升工况时,较大系数的PI控制具有较好的控制性能。针对该问题提出分段控制策略,在压力上升工况时,采用变结构控制;而在压力下降和尾车上升工况时采用大系数PI控制。仿真结果表明,该控制策略具有较好的压力跟踪性能和稳态精度。 The working conditions of belt conveyors were analyzed and the working principle of the hydraulic take-up device was introduced. The AMESim model of the hydraulic take-up device was built and a PI controller was applied. Simulation results show that a large overshoot is caused due to the saturation of PI controller at the state of pressure rise phase and a PI controller with large coeffi- cients has better performance than small coefficients at the state of pressure drop phase and tail car rise phase. Based on the analysis, a novel control strategy was presented in which, a variable structure control strategy was applied during the pressure rise state and a PI controller with large coefficients was used at the state of pressure drop and tail car rise state. Simulation results show the presented strategy has better instantaneous and stable performance and is not disturbed by the tail car rise.
