摘要
详细阐述了大型机床静压导轨油膜厚度反馈补偿装置的设计原理与补偿程序,通过光栅尺测量油膜厚度的变化,运用油膜厚度与流量的数学模型,结合具体机床参数,由PLC程序计算出油量的差异,输出相应的电信号,计算出恢复预设油膜厚度所需的油量,修正变频电机的频率,调整转速与供油量。实践证明,该方案是可行的。
The design principle and the compensation procedure of the oil film thickness feedback compensation device for large machine tool hydrostatic guideway were described in detail. The oil film thickness was measured by grating ruler, and the mathematical model of oil film thickness and flow rate was used to calculate the difference of oil quantity and output corresponding electrical signal by PLC program, the amount of oil required for the recovery of the oil film thickness was calculated, the frequency of the motor was adjus- ted, then the speed and fuel supply were adjusted. Practice has proved that this scheme is feasible.
