摘要
本文通过介绍职业指导的重要性以及剖析目前职业指导工作存在的问题,结合广东女子职业技术学院追求高质量职业指导工作开展的情况,指出应把教育学、心理学、社会学、经济学、社会、家庭、学校、企业等多方面结合起来,通过多渠道、多途径,各方面互相结合、互相促进、才能实现更高质量的职业指导。探索高质量职业指导的途径和方法,促进就业工作满意度以及社会和谐发展奠定基础。
This paper introduces the importance of career guidance,analyzes the existing problems of career guidance work,combined with the situation of Guangdong Women＇s Polytechnic College to pursue high-quality career guidance work,and points out that combining pedagogy,psychology,sociology,economics,society,family,school and enterprises together canachieve higher quality career guidance through various channels and ways,to explore ways and means of high-quality career guidance,to promote employment satisfaction and to lay the foundation for harmonious development of the society.
