钙钛矿结构铈酸钡电解质材料的研究进展

摘要 掺杂三价稀土阳离子的BaCeO_3基材料在高温下含氢气氛中具有良好的质子导电性,因此广泛应用于多种电化学装置系统中,如氢泵、水蒸气传感器和氢传感器等.本文分别从结构、制备方法、导电性能及应用4个方面综述了燃料电池用钙钛矿型BaCeO_3基电解质的研究进展.着重阐述了高温固相法、溶胶一凝胶法、柠檬酸一硝酸盐燃烧法、Pechini法等在制备BaCeO_3基电解质方面的最新研究成果.进一步阐述了BaCeO_3基电解质作为一种优良的质子导体,在传感器、燃料电池等方面的应用. Abstraet:BaCeO3-based materials which doped with some rare earth as acceptor show excellent proton conduction under hydrogen-containing atmosphere at high temperatures. Therefore, they have been applied for various electrochemical systems such as hydrogen pumps, steam electrolytes and hydrogen sensors, etc. This paper presents the research progress of perovskite-type BaCeO3-based electrolytes from 4 aspects: their structure, preparation methods, electrochemical properties and their applications. The latest achievements on the preparation methods such as high- temperature solid state reaction method, sol-gel method, citrate nitrate combustion method and Pechini method are explained in detail. Furthermore, BaCeO3-based electrolytes have been utilized in numerous electrochemical devices such as sensor, fuel cell etc.
