摘要
针对缺乏虚拟环境下集成工艺设计、车间布局、工艺验证以及车间物流各部分的数字化工厂虚拟建模方法,提出构建工艺层、系统层和物料流动层相互关联的数字化工厂模型建立方法,初步验证后若不满足要求,需反馈至相应层级进行再设计并验证,提高了各部分的整体性以及优化的一致性。并以转向架装配工厂为例,构建了数字化工厂模型,并进行了仿真验证分析,设计了操作舒适的工作台,在物流模型中降低ACP工作台速度一定程度上减缓了拥堵,提高了设备利用率和工人劳动率。
For the lack of a virtual modeling method of digital factory that holding process design, plant layout, process validation and logistic together, suggesting a modeling method of digital factory, which includes process layer, system layer and logistic layer relatively. If it can't meet the requirement after initial examinations, needing feedback to respond layer redesign and validate, the integration of each layer and consistency of optimization is improved. Finally, as engineering example, a certain bogie assembly factory was used to illustrate the development process of constructing digital factory, through the simulation and analysis, a comfortable working desk is designed and reducing the speed of ACP slows the congestion and increases equipment utilization and labor rates.
