摘要
采用闪燃点、极限氧指数、三大指标(针入度、软化点、延度)、布氏旋转粘度、PG分级等试验,对比分析阻燃剂、温拌剂对SBS改性沥青阻燃性能、高温稳定性能、抗疲劳性能、低温抗裂性能、施工性能等的影响,评价所选用阻燃剂、温拌剂用于长隧道SBS改性沥青路面的有效性,以指导阻燃温拌沥青路面材料设计和施工。试验结果表明,阻燃剂能显著提高SBS改性沥青的阻燃性能。温拌剂能改善SBS改性沥青和阻燃SBS改性沥青的高温稳定性能。两类改性剂均会在一定程度上削弱SBS改性沥青的低温性能。温拌剂能有效地降低SBS改性沥青、阻燃SBS改性沥青的施工温度,有助于改善SBS改性沥青和阻燃SBS改性沥青的抗疲劳性能。

The test results show that the flame retardant can significantly improve the flame retardant performance of SBS modified asphalt, and warm agents can also improve high temperature stability. In a certain extent, two kinds of modifier can reduced low temperature performance of SBS modified as- phah. Warm agents can effectively reduce construction temperature of SBS modified asphalt and flame- retarded SBS modified asphalt, can help to improve SBS modified asphalt and flame-retarded SBS modi- fied asphalt fatigue resistance performance.
