在轨热控涂层试验器设计与标定试验研究

摘要 长寿命卫星热控涂层暴露在空间环境中,受到多种空间辐射效应的影响,会产生一定程度的退化。为准确掌握热控涂层在轨退化数据,文章设计了一种涂层试验器,基于能量平衡方程建立了测试热控涂层太阳吸收比的数学模型,并完成了地面标定试验。该装置具有结构简单和测试精度高的优点,为此开展了常用热控涂层空间搭载试验,获取涂层在轨退化数据,为卫星热控设计和热分析提供参考。 The thermal control coatings being exposed to the space environment for long-term sat- ellite,due to the impact of various space radiation effects, will have a certain degree of degrada- tion. To grasp thermal control coatings on-orbit degradation data by rule and line,in this paper a coatings monitor is designed,and a calculation model for testing solar absorptance of the coatings is established according to energy conservation principle, and a ground calibrating experiment is carried out. This device has the advantages of simple structure and high testing precision,and be used to carry out space flight test with thermal control coatings to obtain coatings degradation data on-orbit. These data will provide reference for satellite thermal control design and thermal analysis.
