摘要
为研究设计参数对矩形盾构隧道装配式衬砌结构受力的影响,采用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了矩形盾构隧道装配式衬砌内力计算的梁-弹簧模型,探讨了断面形式、分块数量、管片厚度和接头刚度对管片内力的影响规律。计算结果表明:4种典型矩形盾构隧道结构断面形式中,类椭圆和曲墙曲拱断面的异形断面断面受力状况较优。不考虑接头位置,仅分块数量的改变对管片内力的影响相对较小。随着管片厚度的增大,管片的内力均有所增大,管片厚度的改变对剪力影响最明显,对轴力的影响小。接头刚度的改变对管片弯矩和剪力的影响明显,对轴力的影响较小,接头刚度的影响呈现明显的区段性,在接头刚度较小时变化较快,之后变化趋于平缓。
To investigate the influence of structural design parameters on mechanical behavior of lining segment for quasi rectangular shield tunnel,the beam-spring model is performed using the finite element ANSYS. The influence of some factors on the internal force of lining segment is analyzed,such as the section form,the thickness of the segment,the block number and the joint bending stiffness. The results show that the sections of similar ellipse and the curved wall and arch are the best on bearing force under the condition of four section forms. Changing the number of the block affects small on the internal force of the segment. The influence of bending moment and shearing force of the lining segment is greater than axial force with the change of joint stiffness. The change of internal force is rapid when the joint stiffness is small,and then flattens.
