摘要
为了研究由废弃混凝土块体和新混凝土组成的再生混合混凝土的抗压性能,对立方体、棱柱体和圆柱体试件进行了单轴抗压试验,考察了废弃混凝土块体取代率对再生混合混凝土抗压强度和破坏形态的影响,建立了不同形状试件之间的抗压强度转换关系。3种不同形状试件的废弃混凝土块体取代率分别为0、10%、20%、30%。基于试验数据,得到了拟合公式,可用于计算再生混合混凝土圆柱体和棱柱体试件的抗压强度。结果表明:(1)当取代率在0~30%之间时,废弃混凝土块体的取代率对再生混合混凝土的破坏形态影响不大;(2)在废弃混凝土块体抗压强度大于新混凝土的情况下,随着废弃混凝土块体取代率的增加,再生混合混凝土的立方体抗压强度、棱柱体抗压强度、圆柱体抗压强度均呈现增大的趋势,但是增大的幅度不同;(3)得到了再生混合混凝土棱柱体、圆柱体抗压强度预测公式,基于该公式的计算结果与试验数据吻合良好。
The compressive behaviors of recycled blend concrete (RBC) made of demolished concrete blocks (DCBs) and fresh con- crete (FC) are studied including failure modes of specimens,the influence of the replacement ratio of DCBs on the compressive behaviors of specimens and the conversion factors of compressive strength.And cubic specimens, cylindrical specimens and prismatic specimens madeof RBC with replacement ratios of DCBs ranging from 0 to 30% were fabricated and tested under uniaxial compressive loading.Based on the test results, two formulas were proposed to determine the cylindrical and the prismatic compressive strength of RBC specimens.The results show ( 1 )when the replacement ratio ranging from 0 to 30% ,the replacement ratio of DCBs has not a significant effect on the failure mode of RBC specimens. (2)in the case that the compressive strength of DCBs is higher than that of the FC,the compressive strength of RBC specimens increases with the increasing of the replacement ratio of DCBs. (3)the predicting formulas for prismatic and cylindrical com- pressive strength were obtained, and the calculated results and measured data agree well.
