摘要 采用极化曲线法和交流阻抗法对2Cr13不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性进行测试,研究氮含量对2Cr13不锈钢的耐腐蚀影响;结果表明:加入氮的2Cr13不锈钢的点蚀电位升高,自腐蚀电位升高,极化电阻增大,改善了2Cr13不锈钢的电化学耐腐蚀性能. The test steel with different nitrogen content were produced by using vacuum induction furnace based on 2Cr13 martensite stainless steel with adding nitride alloy. The polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy were used to test the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution. The relationship between the corrosion resistance of 2Cr13 stainless steel and nitrogen content was studied. Result shows that ,with the addition of nitrogen, the pitting potential of 2Cr13 stainless steel, the self-corrosion potential, and the polarization resistance were all increased, indicating the improvement of the electrochemical corro- sion resistance of 2Cr13 stainless steel.
