摘要
桂林盛海广场在地下室施工完成后,因其上部结构使用功能由7层商场改变为高层住宅,为了增大结构刚度、减少加固梁柱数量,结构形式由框架结构改为框架剪力墙结构,需对部分地下室基础、梁、板和柱进行加固。通过计算分析,选取了较适合的加固方法,筏板基础采用加大截面法,地下室顶板采用粘贴碳纤维布加固、梁柱采用外包钢加固,并用高压喷射注浆法加固地基。
After completion of the basement of Shenghai plaza in Guilin,due to the change of the upper structure function,the original multilayer shopping mall was turned into high-rise residential instead.In order to increase the stiffness of structure and reduce the amount of reinforcement beams and columns,the structure form was changed from frame structure to frame-shear wall structure.The part of basement foundation,beams,plates and columns need to be reinforced.Through calculation and analysis,the suitable reinforcement methods were selected,such as the raft foundation strengthening by enlarging section method,the basement roof strengthening by pasting CFRP,beam column strengthening by steel-encased method,and the foundation strengthening by high pressure jet grouting method.
