Investigate Evaluation of Mental Health Education in Colleges

摘要 目的调查当前高校的大学生心理健康教育评价及其相关因素。方法选取省内6所高校的心理学教师与心理咨询师50人、3家省内社会心理咨询机构的心理咨询师和2所三级医院的心理治疗师50人,采用自行设计的自评调查表对当前高校大学生心理健康教育进行评估。结果高校组成员高级职称比例高于社会机构组(P<0.05);社会机构组人员高校心理健康教育评价总分低于高校组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,考试压力、经济压力和就业压力为影响高校心理健康教育评价水平的主要因素(OR=2.179~2.212),学习适应性、学校压力、家庭压力、健康状况和择业压力为影响高校心理健康教育评价水平的重要因素(OR=1.704~1.982),其他因素皆为影响高校心理健康教育评价水平的基本因素(OR=1.269~1.557)。结论本研究显示,高校大学生心理健康教育整体水平不高,高校大学生心理健康教育水平与考试压力等15种压力源的缓解相关联。 Objective: To investigate evaluation of the Psychological Health Education in college students and the analysis of its relational factors. Methods: 50 psychology teachers and therapist come from 6 colleges in the province, 50 therapist and psychotherapist come from 3 social psychological counseling agencies and 2 tertiary care hospital, to evaluate the current college students’ mental health education by assessed with Self-Rating Scale. Result: The members of Senior professional title in College Group are higher than the social institutions (p values was less than 0.05) .The total score of mental health education in the social institutions group was lower than that of the college group (p values was less than 0.05) .Logistic analysis showed that main influence the level of mental health education were examination pressure, economic pressure and employment pressure ( OR =2.179 ~2.212) , important influence the level of mental health education were learning adaptability, school stress, family stress, health status andjob selection pressure (OR =1.704~1.982), Other factors are the basic factors that affect the evaluation level of mental health education in Colleges ( OR =1.269~ 1.557) . Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the overall level of mental health education of college students is not high and the level of mental health education in colleges is associated with test pressure and other 15 kinds of pressure sources and their remissions.
