摘要
综合运用各种色谱分离技术对野八角果实的95%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究,利用各种波谱技术确定化合物的结构。该研究从野八角果实中分离得到10单体成分,分别鉴定为:de-4′-O-methylyangambin(1)、辛夷脂素(2)3′-O-demethylepipinoresionl(3)、lariciresinol dimethyl ether(4)、去氢双松柏醇(5)、杨梅树皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)、山柰酚(7)、槲皮素(8)、山柰素3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。其中,化合物1-3为首次从八角属中分离得到。
de-4′-O-methylyangambin(1), fargesin(2), 3′-O-demethylepipinoresionl(3), lariciresinol dimethyl ether(4),dehydrodieoniferyl alcohol(5), myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(6), kaempferol(7), quercetin(8), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(9), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(10) were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Illicium simonsii. The structures of 1 – 10 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and ESIMS. In addition,compounds 1-3 were isolated from Illicium for the first time.
