摘要
结合太原市某工程案例,对比分析了装配式建筑与传统式建筑施工图的预算造价,并探讨了降低装配式建筑工程造价的对策,指出目前我国装配式建筑经济性较差,还需加强装配式的深化设计。
Combining with an engineering example in Taiyuan, this paper compared budget cost of prefabricated architecture with traditional ar-chitecture construction drawing, and discussed the countermeasures to reduce the engineering cost of prefabricated architecture, pointed out that the economy was poor at present our prefabricated architecture, should strengthen the assembly deepening design.
