摘要
既有高层建筑具有火灾危险性大、消防设施不完善等特点,故针对既有高层建筑的火灾风险评估显得尤为重要。为此,建立了一些高层建筑火灾风险评估模型,并针对高层住宅建筑开展火灾风险评估指标的细化研究,通过火灾安全性分析、专家咨询等手段,根据住宅建筑的特殊性系统建立了半定量的评估指标级别,并采用专家打分法确定各个指标的权重,对建立的高层住宅建筑火灾风险评估指标体系进行实例应用,验证了其适用性。
Existing high-rise buildings are typically characterized with serious fire hazards and inadequate fire protection facilities. Therefore,this paper established a number of high-rise building fire risk assessment model,and specifically investigates on the indexes refinement of fire risk assessment for residential buildings. According to theoretical analysis and expert consultation,a semi-quantitative fire risk assessment system with two levels of indexes particularly for residential buildings has been established. The weight of each index has also been determined form the scoring results from experts. The application of the fire risk assessment index system for the establishment of high-rise residential buildings is carried out,which proves the feasibility of the method.
