摘要
在全面分析绿色建筑决策阶段风险因素的基础上,首先建立绿色建筑决策阶段风险评价指标体系;其次,采用层次分析法确定指标的权重,引入奖励与惩罚并举的局部变权原理对权重进行调整,使权重的确定更加科学合理,进而提出基于变权层次分析法的绿色建筑决策阶段风险模糊综合评价模型;最后,结合实例验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为制定科学的绿色建筑决策阶段风险评价提供有效依据。
On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the risk factors of green building decision-making stage,firstly,risk assessment index system of decision-making stage of green building was established. Secondly,fixed weight was determined by analytic hierarchy process,local variable weight principle which contains reward and punishment was introduced to adjust the weight,then the weight will be more scientific and reasonable. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on variable weight analytic hierarchy process was put forward to assess the risk of decision-making stage of green building. Finally,a case study was presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model which can provide basis for making scientific risk assessment of decision-making stage of green building.
