摘要 白细胞介素-32(IL-32)是一种新型的细胞因子,主要由淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞、上皮细胞和外周血单核细胞分泌;IL-32具有特异的结合蛋白酶3,通过四条通路进行信号转导,决定了其前炎症性细胞因子的特性;IL-32与多种疾病密切相关,在治疗炎性疾病方面具有重要的临床意义,因此了解IL-32的背景及研究现状已日益迫切。本文综述了IL-32的来源、结合蛋白、信号转导途径,重点介绍了IL-32的生物学功能,讨论了最近发现的关于IL-32在疾病发生发展中的作用,寻求将IL-32作为靶点来治疗疾病的新方法。 Interleukin-32 (IL-32) is a novel cytokine, which is mainly secreted by lymphocyte, natural killer cells, epithelial cells and peripheral blood monocytes; IL-32 has specific binding proteinase 3. It has four paths for the signal transduction, which decided the properties of pro-inflammatory cytokines; IL-32 is correlated with many diseases, which has important clinical significance in the treatment of inflammatory disease. So it has become more necessary to learn about the background and the current situation of IL-32. This paper reviews the source, binding-protein, signal transduction pathway of IL-32, mainly introduces the biological function of IL-32, and discusses the recent findings regarding IL-32 in the development of diseases, so as to seek a new method of taking IL-32 as target spot to treat diseases.
