摘要
乌梅丸是主治蛔厥和久利的经典方剂,因其"寒热并用、攻补兼施"的组方特点,临床应用非常广泛,在许多疾病中均有良好的疗效。实验研究表明,乌梅丸具有抗炎、调节免疫、促进胃肠功能恢复、调节肠道菌群、抑制细胞凋亡、修复黏膜屏障和抗氧化损伤等作用。通过回顾近十年乌梅丸的实验研究发现,其实验研究领域主要集中在溃疡性结肠炎、肿瘤及糖尿病领域。进一步拓宽研究领域,阐明乌梅丸多中心、多靶点的作用机制,建立和评价"寒热错杂"病证结合动物模型应是今后研究的重点。
Plum pill is a classic formula of attending hatched jue and chronic diarrhea. It has wide range of clinical application and good curative effect in many diseases due to its formula characteristics of ＂combination of cold and heat, combination of tonification and purgation＂. Plum pill has effect of anti-inflammatory, immunoregulation, promoting gastrointestinal function recovery, modulating intestinal flora, inhibition of ceil apoptosis, repairing the mucosal barrier and anti-oxidative damage. Plum pill was mainly researched in the field of ulcerative colitis, cancer and diabetes by reviewing the experimental study in nearly a decade. Further broadening the research field, clarifying plum pill multi- center, mechanism of action of multiple targets, establishing and evaluating of animal models combined disease and syndrome of intermingled heat and cold are the focus of future research.
