摘要
对金属材料高温拉伸试验新旧版本国家标准(GB/T 228.2—2015和GB/T 4338—2006)进行对比分析,得出了新版国家标准主要的技术性变更。与旧版标准相比,新版标准修改了标准名称,同时列为GB/T 228《金属材料拉伸试验》第2部分,第1部分室温拉伸试验方法界定的内容部分适用于新版标准;修订了部分术语和符号;增加了试验速率的控制方法A应变速率控制方法、引伸计的装卡方法和部分温度的温度允许偏差及温度梯度;变更了试样原始横截面积的测定方法和试验结果数值的修约规则。通过新旧标准的对比分析可以帮助质量检验检测部门及相关单位对新版国家标准进行更好地理解和应用,提高检验检测结果的有效性。
Through the comparison analysis of the new and old national standards for metallic material tensile test at elevated temperature(GB/T228.2-2015 and GB/T4338-2006), the technology alteration of the new national standard was obtained. Compared with the old national standard, the new standard modified the standard name and was listed as the second part of the GB/T 228 metallic materials tensile testing. And some vocabularies and terms were revised, the control method of the test rate, the method of the controlled strain rate, the extensometer card method,the permitted deviations and temperature gradient at some temperatures were added. The measurement method of the original cross-sectional area and the rounding rules of the experimental results were changed. Through the comparison analysis of the new and old national standards, it can help the quality inspection and testing departments,and the relating institutes to understand and apply the new standard better, and improve the the effectiveness of the testing results.
