摘要
目的:应用TMG无创肌肉状态评估系统研究不同频率振动上肢训练过程中、运动结束后不同时刻的胸大肌机械收缩特性Dm、Tc等指标的规律变化特征,为振动训练应用于准备活动激活、肌肉力量训练提升、肌肉疲劳机制研究、延迟性肌肉酸痛预防等方面提供参考。研究方法:无规律力量训练习惯的男性大学生志愿者24名,按照身高、体重随机分成普通上肢力量训练组(A组),30Hz振动上肢力量训练组(B组),50Hz振动上肢力量训练组(C组)进行6组训练,利用TMG分别在训练前、训练中、训练后不同时刻检测优势侧胸大肌的Dm、Tc、Tr、Ts、Td等指标。研究结果:三种不同训练方案的Dm均表现出明显的下降,50Hz训练组下降了28.1%,30Hz训练组下降了21.3%,三种不同训练方法的Tc在训练前三组都有明显的增高,30Hz振动训练组增高13.2%,50Hz振动训练组增高12.9%。Dm显示的机械性变化也伴随着Ts和Tr的相似表现。在三种不同的方案之间可以观察到细微的差异。结论:(1)TMG无创肌肉状态诊断系统应用在振动力量训练监控过程,通过检测与分析肌肉的Dm、Tc值,可有效地评估肌肉的激发、疲劳等机械收缩状态,具备较高的敏感性。(2)一次急性振动训练不一定能够显著提高肌肉的弹性与收缩速度,30Hz的振动上肢训练可能更有效地改善肌肉的弹性与收缩速度。
Objective:This paper reveals the variation features of pectoralis majors mechanical contraction in or after the process of the vibration upper limb training.It is application of Tensiomyography(TMG),a noninvasive muscle state evaluation system,to detect the Dm、Tc mechanical contraction indexes etc.The purpose of this research is to provide some reference for the application field of vibration training,which contains activating the warming-up exercises、promoting the muscle strength、preventing DOMS and the research on mechanism of muscle fatigue.Methods:According to the height、weight,we randomly divided 24 male college student volunteers into 3 groups,who have a habit of the irregular strength training,respectively normal upper limb strength training group(group A),30 Hz vibration upper limb strength training group(group B),50 Hz vibration upper limb strength training group(group C),and then let them complete 6 sets of exercise.Before、during and after the process of exercise,we apply Tensiomyography(TMG)to detect mechanical contraction indexes of the dominant lateral of Pectoralis major,such as the Dm、Tc、Tr、Ts、Td.Results:These three different training plans all witness the drop of Dm:50Hz training group has reduced by 28.1%;30 Hz training group has reduced by 21.3%,which have a significant variation.TC of these three training methods all have increased before the training:30 Hz vibration training group has increased by 13.2%;50 Hz vibration training group has increased by 12.9%.Dm shows that the mechanical change is also associated with a similar performance in Ts and Tr.Subtle differences can be observed among these three experiments.Conclusion:(1)When the diagnostic system of TMG noninvasive muscle is applied in the monitoring process of vibration strength training,by examining and analyzing the muscle Dm、Tc,it can effectively evaluate the mechanical contracting status,such as muscle excitation,fatigue,thus it has higher sensitivity.(2) Acute vibration training will not necessarily significantly improve the muscle elasticity and contraction speed,30 Hz vibration upper limb training may be more effective to improve the elasticity and contraction speed of muscle.
