摘要
[目的]探讨思乐扣联合IV3000皮肤保护膜在先天性心脏病患儿中心静脉导管固定中的应用效果。[方法]将136例先天性心脏病病人随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组采用皮肤保护膜固定中心静脉导管,观察组采用思乐扣联合IV3000皮肤保护膜固定中心静脉导管,比较两组中心静脉导管脱出率、穿刺点接触性皮炎发生率和护理满意度。[结果]观察组中心静脉导管脱出率、穿刺点接触性皮炎发生率分别为4.41%和1.47%,低于对照组的23.53%和17.64%,观察组护理满意度为98.53%,高于对照组的85.29%,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]思乐扣联合IV3000皮肤保护膜在中心静脉导管固定中应用可有效减少导管脱出,降低穿刺点接触性皮炎率,提高护理满意度。
Objective：To explore application effect of Si Le buckle combined with Ira000 skin protective film in central venous catheter fixation for patients with congenital heart disease.Methods： A total of 136 cases of pa- tients with congenital heart disease treated in our hospital from January May 2014 to May 2016 were selected, and were divided into control group and combination group according to random and equal principle,68 cases in each group.The patients in control group were fixed with skin protective film, and the patients in observation group were fixed with Si Le buckle combined with IV3000 skin protective film. CVC catheter prolapse rate, puncture site contact dermatitis incidence and nursing satisfaction were compared between both groups.Results： CVC catheter prolapse rate in combination group was 4.41% ,lower than that of 23.53% in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of contact dermatitis in study group was 1.47% ,significantly lower than that of 17.64% in control group（P〈0.05）.Nursing satisfaction rate of patients in combined group was 98.53%, much higher than that of 85.29%in control group, with statistically significant differenee（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Si Le buckle combined with IV3000 skin protective film could effectively reduce the catheter prolapse,and reduce contact dermatitis rate,with high nursing satisfaction.It was worthy of clinical application.
