摘要
通过对钻芯后混凝土梁力学性能的理论分析和有限元数值模拟,提出了可钻芯梁的最小截面高度、可钻芯区域范围的概念和相应的计算方法。结果表明:在满足最小截面高度的前提下,钻芯位置选取在可钻芯区域内,并尽量靠近跨中,此时对梁的力学性能无较大影响;钻芯位置选取在可钻芯区域外,梁的承载力会大幅度下降并产生脆性破坏,但荷载较小时,力学性能无较大影响;芯孔位置有较大的拉应力集中,加速裂缝的开展,应在检测后及时修补。
Based on the theoretical and finite element analysis on the reinforced concrete (RC) beam after drilled core test, the definition of minimum height and drillable area, as well as their calculation methods, is proposed in this paper. The results indicate that the dilled hole within the scope of the drillable areas and close to the middle of RC beam has negligible effects on the mechanical properties of the beam. If the dilled hole is located outside the drillable areas, the bearing capacity of the RC beam will be significantly reduced with brittle damage, where, howev- er, the mechanical properties of the beam are also stable when the load is small. The tensile stress concentration oc- curs around the drilled holes, where leads to the expansion of cracks unless the timely repair.
