摘要
小学英语教师专业发展研究主要内容包括专业素质结构研究、专业发展促进方式研究和专业发展阶段研究三个部分。小学英语教师专业发展研究内容以参考或移植其它类型教师为主,而缺乏对小学英语教学特征深刻把握;研究层次有待提升,低水平重复研究较多;实证研究方法粗糙,研究仍以质性思辨为主。致使专业发展理论研究滞后于教师专业发展的现实需求。今后应深入研究小学英语教师专业素质内涵,编制专业素质结构量表;密切关注小学英语教师专业发展理念的生态价值取向和教师学习转向;进一步完善小学英语教师专业发展阶段研究。
Research of primary school English teachers' professional development is closely related to the quality and effectiveness of primary school English education. The main body of the research consists of the construction of primary English teachers' professional qualities, the approaches of promoting their professional development, and the evolutional stages of their professional development. It' s observed by means of a thorough literature review from CNKI that the research has been conducted in light of other types of teachers, lacking an in - depth mastery of special features of primary English teaching. The research level remains relatively low and the contents overlap too much. It' s a little too simple while the empirical approach is adopted, and the reliability and validity can' t be well guaranteed. The qualitative analysis dominates the research. As a result, the theoretical research of primary English teachers' professional development lags behind the practice. The research trend is a further exploration of the construction of primary English teachers' professional qualities, focusing upon developing the scale of primary English teachers' professional quality, a closer attention to the ecological value and the perspective of adults' learning of primary English teachers' professional development, and an improvement of the evolutional stages of their professional development.
