摘要
针对高品质大规格低碳高硫高磷钢(简称GY15)的特点,炼钢采用转炉低碱度保硫保磷、精炼低碱度弱搅拌、连铸低拉速弱冷却等工艺,轧钢采用延长加热时间、提高开轧温度、降低轧制速度以及轧材快速下线等工艺。实践结果表明,GY15的生产工艺设计是合理的,成分控制稳定,浇注过程中未发生漏钢事故,铸坯表面质量和内部质量良好;轧制过程中未出现轧件"开裂"或"打滑"现象,轧材内部组织均匀且无带状组织,轧材力学性能和硬度均满足客户要求。
Aiming at the feature of GY15,during the steelmaking,the low basicity slag in BF was applied to keep the phosphorus and sulfur,the low basicity slag and slight stirring process in ladle was adopted during refining,and the low speed and soft cooling process also was used during casting.During rolling,the heating time was prolonged,the initial rolling temperature was increased.The rolling speed was decreased and the residence time of the rolled metal on the cooling bed was shortened.The results showed the process for GY15 was rational.The chemical compositions control was steady,the breakout accident didn′t happen,the surface and internal quality of billet was good,the phenomenon of the cracking or slipping of the rolling piece didn′t occur.The inner microstructure of the rolled products was uniform and had no banded structure,and the mechanical properties and hardness can meet the requirement of customers.
