摘要
注水井验封是确保油田分层注水开发效果的必备工艺。受井下复杂情况影响,传统验封工艺存在多种误判可能。针对传统验封工艺的弊端,研究并介绍了新工艺两大特点:一、新工艺增加了电磁流量短节,可以解决两类弊端:第一,在对各级配水器坐封前,要在注水井同一工作制度下对该层位配水器下上分别进行流量测量,结合压力曲线共同用于层间封隔器密封时的判定;第二,利用密封段坐封时的流量曲线和压力曲线共同进行层间封隔器不封的判定。二、增加全新的保护封隔器验封工艺,填补了目前验封工艺无法对保护封隔器验封的空白。通过现场试验验证,得出了分层注水井验封新工艺更全面、真实、准确的结论。
The capping test technique of layered water-injection wells is a necessary process to ensure the final result of water flooding development. Influenced by the complex conditions in the water-injection well, the traditional capping test technique would make the wrong judgment. Aimed at the disadvantages of the traditional process, this paper studies and introduces two characteristics of the new technology: First, the electromagnetic flow meter short piece is added to the downhole instrument, which can overcome two kinds of defects. The flow rate above and below water distributor can be tested respectively with the same working system of injection well before each water distributor setting, and the sealing of packer between layers can be determined combining the pressure curve; The unsealing of packer between layers can be determined by using the flow rate and pressure curve of sealed section. Second, the new sealing test technology of protection packer is increased, which filled the gap of current technology. Through the field test, it is concluded that the new capping test technique of layered water-injection is more comprehensive and accurate and authentic.
