摘要
工程项目组织中承发包双方信任状态的判断对制定合理风险分担方案具有重要影响。准确地描述信任状态已成为工程项目管理理论发展中一个亟待解决的重要课题。本文基于行为主义心理学的研究逻辑,应用扎根理论研究方法,构建了工程项目组织中信任状态的发展与演进模型。结果表明,中国管理情景下工程项目组织中的信任状态可描述为不信任、尝试型信任、认知型信任与关系型信任,一般呈现从低级向高级发展的规律。信任状态通过承发包双方的行为选择外显化,且双方行为具有差异性特征。研究同时发现了直接影响工程项目组织中信任状态发展与演进的市场规范要素与社会规范要素,及项目基本面要素的调节作用。基于上述结论,从加强信任与风险分担的对称性、提高承发包双方信任稳定性及巩固信任维持与发展的基础三方面为工程项目管理实践提供了相关建议。
The trust state of owner and contractor in organizations that implement construction projects has an important influence on the development of proper risk allocation scheme. How to accurately describe trust state has become an important issue in the development of project management theory. The Behavioral Psychology Theory provides a new perspective for a deep understanding of the trust state and trust state development in construction project organization. In addition, recent researches on trust are rooted in the Western culture, and they are not applicable to studying Chinese trust due to the context-dependent characteristic of trust. Based on literature review, this paper conducts research on trust state in construction project organizations by applying the Ground Theory and using localized conceptual model to understand trust development in construction project organizations under the background of Chinese trading culture. The paper carries out semi-structured face-to-face interviews with fifty-four people in six Chinese provinces, undertakes open coding and axial coding on the basis of interviewing statistics, and extracts seven conceptual generics classified in four main relationships. It constructs influencing factors of trust development, and determines trust behaviors of owner and contractor in accordance with selective coding. The research finds out that the conceptual model of trust state development in construction project organizations under the background of Chinese culture has four distinct characteristics compared with that under the background of Western culture. First, trust state development in construction project organizations has two kinds of influencing factors: marketing norm factors and social norm factors. "Renqing" and "Mianzi" are essential factors different from that under thebackground of Western culture. Second, fundamental characteristics of project moderate the relationship between influencing factors end trust state development in construction project organizations. Third, the process of trust state development follows the order of distrust, tentative trust, cognitive trust end guenxi-based trust. In contrast, tentative trust end guenxi-based trust are special categories of trust rooxed in Chinese culture, end trust can leap in some conditions. Fourth, trust state becomes explicit via contracting parties' behavioral selection, end the two sides present different behavioral characteristics. Based on the above conclusions, the paper provides recommendations for construction project management from three perspectives: (1) strengthening the symmetry between trust end risk allocation, (2) improving the stability of contracting parties' trust, end (3) consolidating the foundation for maintenance end development of trust.

The research analyzes in-depth the trust state development in construction project organizations under Chinese cultural background. The analysis resultsprovide certain theoretical references and frameworks for further empirical study. This paper also provides management implications for trust development inconstruction projects of Chinese enterprises.
