摘要 以ATmega169PA作为微处理器,设计了一种重型汽车总成仪表,实现了车辆指示信号和警报信号的集成化显示.采用模块化分层设计,将系统按逻辑功能划分为4大模块,各模块工作时互不干涉,又紧密配合,共同实现了车辆状态信号的"输入-处理-显示"流程,最大程度地发挥了元器件的利用率.此仪表设计结构层次清晰,可靠性强,既能使功能集成化,也能实现功能拓展,便于仪表的升级. A kind of assembly instrument of heavy duty t ruck is designed based on AT-megal 6 9PA MCU (Microcontroller Unit). The integrated display of the vehicle indicating signal and the alarm signal is realized. The modular and layered system structure is used on the design. The system can be divided into four modules according to the logical function of the system, and each module works without interference, and closely cooperates with each other. The process of inputting, processing and displaying of vehicle condition signal is real-ized. The utilization of the components is played to the greatest extent. The structure of the design is clear and has high reliability. It can realize not only function integration, but also function development, so it is easy to upgrade the instrument.
